Construction Management & General Contracting
Shaffield Building Specialties' Construction Management and General Contracting Division has been the fastest growing division over the past five (5) years. Our team’s experience and dedication to the construction process and building relationships with all stakeholders has been the keystone to our growing success.
Main Entrance
The 44,500 sf new addition included classrooms, computer lab, and science classrooms.
Cafeteria
The new facility included a stand-alone cafeteria with a full functioning kitchen and the renovation of the existing cafeteria to a new classroom wing.
Lobby
The 144,740 sf facility included 293 beds, common areas, a game room, theater and computer lab.
Emergency Room
The Madison Hospital was a 57,500 sf new facility which housed Operating, Emergency, Radiology, Respiratory, and Rehab wings on the first floor along with Patient Rooms on the entire second floor.
Patient Lobby Area
The 7th floor build-out of HCA's Capital Regional Medical Center existing hospital included a new 24 Bed Inpatient Psychiatric Nursing Unit. The project also included renovations to the 2nd floor to create a new Psychiatric Admissions Suite adjacent to the Emergency Rooms.

FAMU Way - Playground equipment
Shaffield Building Specialties completed FAMU Way as a multi-phase project, which included the construction of a new retaining pond with tiered planters, new playground equipment and high end site furnishings.
